ELASTOMER
Producing mouldings from elastomers and, at the same time, making maximum use of the materials‘ properties for any specification require eminent creativity and know-how.
Moulded parts
Depending on the complexity of the product, we process natural rubbers, EPDM or silicones – to name a few examples. Processing methods are adapted to respective requirements in order to offer high quality at low costs: Injection Compression Moulding (ICM), Injection Transfer Moulding (ITM) or Injection Moulding.
Stamped parts
Stamping and water-jet cutting are only a few of our mechanical processing technologies that complete our making of high quality systems and assemblies.
Composite parts
Rubber-metall-overmouldings for e.g. membranes feature many advantages:
- Cost-effective due to less work stages
- Solid overmouldings ensure high service life
